Registration rates
vary along three parameters: - IPrA members versus non-members (note that membership is required for all presenters of papers) - time of registration (note that inclusion in the program is dependent on payment of registration fees before 30 April 2013) - full fees versus discount fees (where discount is applicable to students, unemployed and retired scholars, and participants from poor countries)

Registration fees include preparatory conference expenses (except for basic operating costs covered by membership fees), the use of space and equipment, a conference bag, a program booklet and a set of abstracts, transportation to and from the Indian Institute of Technology for the plenary sessions on Wednesday, all coffee/tea breaks, a welcome reception on Sunday (sponsored by John Benjamins Publishing Company), and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Note that the state-of-the-art venue we have chosen (the India Habitat Centre) requires our making use of their excellent catering, which is why this expense has to be included in the registration.
Of pre-paid registration fees, 80% can be reimbursed if participation is cancelled in writing before 15 August 2013. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
